Inspection at Delivery

We strongly recommend that you inspect your jewelry order in front of our delivery partner when it arrives at your address. This ensures that you receive the correct items in perfect condition.

Return or Exchange Policy

If you notice any of the following issues during delivery inspection, you can request a return or exchange:

  • The product is broken or damaged
  • The product does not match what you ordered
  • Any quality concerns with the jewelry

To initiate a return or exchange, please call our operator immediately while the delivery rider is still present.

Refund Process

If the product you ordered is not available in our shop, we will process a full refund of your payment within 2 working days.

Delivery Rejection

If you decide not to receive the products after the delivery rider arrives, please note:

  • You will need to pay the delivery charge to the delivery rider
  • The products will be returned to our shop
  • This policy helps us maintain fair delivery costs for all customers
