Yes, you can request a return and exchange on your order if your order does not match the picture or has any damage or broken issue with products. You can exchange or return this by courier, but make sure it's your responsibility to always check products in front of the delivery rider. If you find any issue, call us directly for our reply. However, if product delivery is done and the delivery rider is gone, then you inform us about finding damage or product mismatch, it's not eligible for return or refund.
